摘要
对树锦鸡儿、甘蒙锦鸡儿、中间锦鸡儿、柠条锦鸡儿和荒漠锦鸡儿的游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白的含量和叶片含水量的季节变化进行了研究.结果表明,各种锦鸡儿叶片含水量在5月份最高,以后逐月下降.在较干旱的5月,树锦鸡儿、甘蒙锦鸡儿、中间锦鸡儿和荒漠锦鸡儿的游离脯氨酸明显积累;而柠条锦鸡儿的脯氨酸含量较低,而且各月无显著差异,这是耐旱的表现.甘蒙锦鸡儿的可溶性糖含量在5月份最高;树锦鸡儿和柠条锦鸡儿的最高值出现在6月;中间锦鸡儿和荒漠锦鸡儿的可溶性糖含量较高,各月无显著差异.可溶性糖是它们耐旱的重要物质基础之一.在5月和6月,5种锦鸡儿可溶性蛋白的含量明显高于7月和8月时的含量,这种变化对锦鸡儿在环境干旱时增强抗性非常有利.在同一生境中,5种锦鸡儿的趋同表现并不明显,体现了遗传特征的稳定性.
The contents of free proline,soluble sugar,soluble protein and leaf water of C. sibiria, C. opulens, C. intermedia, C. korshinskii and C. roborvskyi in different months were studied. The results showed that leaf water content of each specie was highest in May, and became lower and lower in June, July and Auguest. In drought May, C. sibirica, C. opulens, C. intermedia and C. korshinskii accumvlated much free proline, while the proline content of C. korshinskii was lower and there was no significant difference between different months. This demonstrated that C. korshinskii was drought tolerant. The highest soluble sugar content of C. opulens appeared in May and the maximum of C. sibirica and C. korshinskii appeared in June. The soluble sugar content of C. intermedia and C. roborvskyi was higher and there was no significant difference between different months. Soluble sugar was one of material basis of drought tolerance of these species. The soluble protein of the 5 species were much higher in May and June than that in June and Auguest. This change was beneficial to these species to increase drought resistance in drought environment. In the same environment, convergent adaptation was not obvious. It showed the stability of hereditary features.
