圆锥螺旋弹簧的非线性理论研究 被引量:10

摘要 螺旋弹簧是大柔度构件,工作时发生很大变形.工程上沿用的密圈弹簧理论和疏圈弹簧理论均建立在由变形前位形分析内力和变形的基础上,因而发生较大偏差.文中以圆锥螺旋弹簧变形后的平衡位形分析计算其受力和变形,导出了非线性公式.文章详细计算、分析了几个理论的计算结果,并对圆柱螺旋弹簧进行了精确测试,从测试结果出发,对上述理论进行检验,表明文中理论的精确性和优越性.文中通过对经典的等螺旋升角圆锥弹簧理论的修正,给出了非线性理论解析公式.并通过对圆柱螺旋弹簧的精确测量,结果验证了本文的非线性理论是正确的. A helical spring has great flexibility and large deformation. At present, helical spring theories are based on internal force and deformation is analyzed according to initial configuration. Here, force and deformation of a conical helical spring are discussed based on equilibrium configuration after deformation, and a nonlinear analytic formula is derived. Computational results, which were verified by accurate measurement of a cylindrical helical spring, show that this approach is more accurate and superior to others. The analytical formula of this nonlinear theory is given by revising classic theory of a conical helical spring with an equal helix angle.
