摘要
作者用全胚胎培养模型探讨了硒、砷联合对体外培养48h大鼠胚胎(9.5d)的发育毒性。3×4析因分析结果表明,硒、砷联合发育毒性的主效应呈拮抗作用(P=0.0001)。除胚胎干重指标外,其它反映胚胎生长发育和器官形态分化的各项指标均有明显好转,与对照组比较,没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。砷在高剂量(3.0μg/ml)时,0.5~2.0μg/ml硒对砷的发育毒性无明显缓解作用,主要呈现砷的独立作用。
Combined developmental toxicity and acting pattern of selenium (Se+4) and arsenic (As+3) have been investigated in postimplantation rat embryos in vitro using the factorial experiment and analysis (3×4) . It has been showed that main effect of combined terato-genic and embryo toxicity of selenium plus arsenic is antagonism (P =0. 0001) during rat embryos exposed to serum mixed selenium and arsenic. All of parameters connected with embryonic growth and morphological differentiation, except the embryonic dry weight, weren't different from that of control groups. When embryos were exposed to 3. 0μgAs1+3/ ml, 0. 5-2. 0μgSe+4/ml didn't ameliorate and increase the developmental toxicity of arsenic. At this point, the independent effect was mainly showed.
