摘要
为研究经鼻内窥镜鼻内进路手术替代部分鼻外进路手术的治疗效果，总结采用经鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术治疗１４例患有鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤患者的疗效。随访时间２４～６０个月，上述病例仅１例在术后３个月复发，经鼻外进路手术加术后放射治疗治愈，其余１３例在随访期内均未见复发。经鼻内窥镜手术技术为鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的治疗提供了较好的方法，甚至在肿瘤侵犯了后筛和蝶窦时也可以完全切除，这种方式的主要优点是避免了面部切口。
Fourteenpatientssuferingfrominvertedpapilomaofthenasalcavityandsinuswereoperatedbytheintranasalendoscopicapproach.Theperiodoffolow-upwere24～60months.Onlyonecasehadrecurrenceafterthreemonthsandwasthencuredbyacombinedtreatmentofexternalnasalapproachandradiotherapy.Theother13caseshadnorecurrenceinthefolowupperi-od.Theintranasalendoscopicsurgicaltechniquewasprovedabetermethodfortreatinginvertedpapilomaofnasalcavityandsinusevenwhenthelesionshadafectedtheposteriorethmoidandspenoidalsinuses.Itseemsthatthisapprorchwouldbeanewwayforremovinginvertedpapilomacompletelyandthemajoradvantageofwhichisanincisiononthefacecanbeavoided,whilethecura-tiveratemightbethesameorevenbeterthanthatoftheexternalapproach.
