摘要
论述了远方整定、远方信号复归、远方信息传输、远方投切保护及校时等微机保护在变电站综合自动化系统中所应具备的基本功能，同时就微机保护与监控的通信方式及通信规约进行了论述。
This paper discusses the basic functions of the microcomputer-based relays used in the integrated substation automation system. such as remote setting. remote resetting. remote fault report transmissing. remote protection function on/off switching and remote timing. The communication mode and protocol between the microcomputer-based relays and the monitor master unit are also discussed.
