摘要 通过对红连轻烃回收装置制冷系统物流交换的能量核算,对装置目前所提供的冷量、实际所需冷量和制冷系统提供的理论冷量进行对比分析,查找出制冷系统存在的问题,并对制冷系统进行技术改造,提高了制冷压缩机有效输出功率,达到了提高产量、节能降耗的目的。 Through energy calculation for stream exchange of reclaimer refrigeration system of light hydrocarbon in Honglian oilfield, current refrigerating capacity provided by equipment and actual refrigerating capacity required and theoretical refrigerating capacity provided by refrigerating system are compared and analyzed, existing problems of refrigerating system are found out and technical reconstruction for refrigerating system is made, which increases the effective output power of refrigerating compressor and realizes the target of increasing output and saving energy and reducing consumption.
