Tamping the Basic Education and Advancing Educational Innovation

教育是培养人才和增强民族创新能力的基础,而基础教育是我国教育发展创新的基础,必须放在现代化建设的全局性战略性重要位置。本文试从我国基础教育的作用的分析出发,论述其存在的主要问题,进而提出加强和完善基础教育,为教育创新作准备的对策。

This article focuses its attention to the idea that education is the fotmdation of training talents and strengthening national innovation ability, and the basic education is the foundation of the innovation in our educational development, which must be placed on the strategic important position of the construction of modernization. It tries to expound the existing problems and puts forward the strategies of strengthening and perfecting the basic education and making preparation for innovating in education by analyzing the functions of the basic education.
