摘要
滑液环境、低氧环境、基质环境、力学环境对软骨细胞生存的影响最大,并且调节着其基质的合成。认识它,对于理解和治疗因软骨细胞生存的微环境引起的骨关节炎、类风湿性关节炎等骨关节病有重要意义。
