向心轴承套圈装配倒角的工艺设计与标准化

Standardization and techno-logical design for asse-mbling chamfer of rad- al bearing

根据GB274—42《滚动轴承——装配倒角极限》的要求及ZYB2—83《向心球轴承设计方法》中推荐的装配倒角标注尺寸,通过推导和分析,最后确定了切角的标准化值为β=15°和α=30°。并对同时适合于新旧国标的圆弧半径R作了确定。附图4幅,表4个。

Based on the requirement of standard GB 274-82 ( Rolling bearing-the limit of assembling chamfer ) and the suggested norminal size of assembling chamfer in the standard ZYB 2-83(The design method of radial ball bearing ) , through derivation and analysis, the standard values of tangent angle (β = 15°, α= 20°), and the arc radius, which is suitable both for the new and old standard, are determined.
