摘要
对国内外厂家推荐的三峡水电机组推力轴承典型方案进行了研究分析,指出了存在的问题.作者提出了大型推力轴承的新型结构──液压弹性支承双排瓦推力轴承,并对其用于三峡机组的可行性进行了论证,建议使用。本文还对推力轴承设计中是否应考虑机组甩负荷时的水推力问题提出了独立的见解,介绍了弹性金属塑料推力瓦的优点及我国部分水电站弹性金属塑料推力瓦的运行数据,并建议用于三峡水电机组。
The paper gives study and analysis for different typical schemes of thrust beating in Three Gorge hydroelectric power units proposed by different manufacturers worldwide and points out some problems in those schemes. The writer proposed a new construction of large thrust hearing-hydraulic flexible supporting double-row-segment thrust bearing arid to use it in Three Gorge hydroelectric power units, the paper expounds the feasibility of that. The paper puts forward the original view fort whether the hydraulic pressure of water turbine during load rejection or the normal hydraulic pressure should be used in design of thrust bearing and introduces the advantages of elastic-metallic plastic segments of thrust bearing, lists their operation data in China and proposes to use them in Three Gorge hydroelectric power units.
