摘要
本文介绍了东圳水电站装机容量增加一倍后,在无间无井长引水系统的慢关机试验研究基础上,优化导叶接力器关闭规律和改善调节特性,仅在3#机CT—40型调速器上加装导叶两段关闭装置,并将其调节系统改为双微机调节系统,进而将电站安全满发稳定运行的库水位由74m提高到正常水位80.5m,解决了电站在高库水位调节保证的水压和转速的极值问题和动态稳定问题。
It is introduced in this paper which after a double uprating capacity to be increased in Dongzhen hydropower station, based on initial experimental research of slow down closing the turbine on long conduit system in which without pressure regulating valve and/or surge tank, optimized the closing law of guide vane and improved the regulating performance, e. g. only by means of added a guide vane two steps closing device to CT-40 type governor in No.3 unit and reformed the system into a double microprocessor governing system.Thus it was reached that a stabilizing operation level of the reservoir from 74m raising to 80.5m of normal storage level, also the problems on limitation of pressure raising and speed raising and the dynamical stability of the unit were solved.
