降低金岭铁矿选矿厂铁精矿水分的研究

摘要 针对金岭铁矿选矿厂铁精矿水分偏高的生产实际状况,采用实验室型真空过滤机,研究了多种助滤剂对铁精矿滤饼水分含量的影响。结果表明,十二烷基苯硫酸钠是铁精矿过滤中适宜的助滤剂。在pH=8,十二烷基硫酸钠用量为400 g/t,温度为30℃时,铁精矿滤饼水分达到7.95%。 In view of higher moisture-content in iron concentrate in the mineral processing plant in Jinling iron mine, the influence of several kinds of filter-aids on the moisture-content in the filter cake of iron concentrate have been studied with laboratory vacuum filter in this paper. Results show that sodium dedecyl benzene sulfonate is more suitable to be as filter-aids during the filtration of iron concentrate. In the test with pH value of 8, temperature of 30℃, and dosage of sodium dedecyl benzene sulfonate being 400 g/t, the moisture-content in the filter cake of iron concentrate can be reduced to 7.95 %.
