摘要
采用对碳纤维毡体添加硼酸高温热处理的方法提高C/C复合材料的整体抗氧化性,考察了添加硼酸高温热处理的C/C复合材料和未经处理的C/C复合材料的氧化行为。通过扫描电镜形貌观察、激光拉曼光谱分析、氧化动力学分析,结果表明:添加硼酸高温热处理后C/C复合材料抗氧化性提高,并探讨了其氧化能力提高的原因。
In order to improve the oxidation resistance of C/C composites, carbon felt was treated by high-temperature heat treatment with addition of boric acid. The treated and untreated C/C composites were investigated. The results of SEM observation, LAMAN analysis and oxidation mechanism analysis show that the oxidation resistance of the treated C/C composites has been improved.
