摘要
在汽轮机启、停和负荷变化过程中,可以通过控制转子内、外表面温度与积分平均温度之差值(又称有效温差),以防止热应力超限。通常用一维差分法对转子温度进行仿真来实现在线监测。本文以理论解为依据,以一维差分仿真为比较基础,用传递函数仿真作为转子温度在线监测的手段对苏制K-800-240型和NC-300/220-16.7/537/537型汽轮机转子温度进行了仿真计算研究,并通过在线监测试验验证了此仿真研究计算的可行性和适用性。
During start-up shut-down and load change process of steam turbine thermal stress can be prevented from exceeding the limited value contrOlling the difference between the temperature of inside or outside surface of rotor and integral mean temperature,also called effective temperature difference. Generally,on-line monitoring can be accomplished by cadring out simulation of rotor temperature with one-dimensional differential method. In the Paper analytic solution has been provided as a basis,one-dimensional differential solution has been accepted as a compatative criterion and the transfer fanction solution has been adopted as means of on-line monitoring temperatures of rotor. In relation to the temperatures of rotors of K800-240 type and Nc-300/220-16. 7/537/537 type steam turbines, the simulating study has been carred out. The pratticability and applicability of this simulating caclulation has been verified by the experiment of on-line monitoring 3 kinds of temperatures for 300MW high pressure rotor of Taiyuan the First Power Plant.
