我国食用菌种质资源现状及其发展趋势

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Germplasm Resource of Edible Fungi in China

对近年来我国食用菌种质资源调查现状和存在问题进行了分析总结,提出了要加大食用菌种质资源调查与保藏的科研投入,加强食用菌种质资源的鉴定评价、创新与利用研究,尽早确定国家知识产权战略,防止食用菌种质资源流失等发展对策。

Based on analysis on current situation of germplasm resources of edible fungi in China, development trends and countermeasures were offered. There are about 1.5 million fungi species in the world, among them, over 1 500 - 2 000 edible fungi. In China, there are about 1 000 species edible fungi, 80 species cultivated, 50 species commercial production, and about 30 species to produce health food.
