摘要
本文主要就提高R600a压缩机效率进行研究探讨,在提高指示效率方面,从减小余隙容积、减小过热损失和减小压力损失三个方面进行了分析和改进,将指示效率提高到81%。在提高机械效率方面,从油与间隙的优化、曲轴偏置结构的分析、剖分连杆和平面止推轴承的应用等三个方面进行了理论分析和试验研究,将机械效率提高到92%。在提高电机效率方面,重点研究了交流同步电机,将电机效率提高到90%。随着研究的不断深入,东贝的R600a压缩机也不断的升级换代,开发出了Y、YA、YG、YU、YZ、YT等6代产品,其中YT产品的COP达到了1.90,成为目前国际上效率较高的压缩机。
This article mainly studies and discusses how to improve the efficiency of the E600a compressor. On the aspect improving the indicated efficiency, we do analyzing and retrofitting from reducing the clearance volume, overheat loss and pressure loss and the indicated efficiency is increased to 81%. On the aspect improving the mechanical efficiency, we do theoretical analysis and experimental investigation from the optimization of oil and clearance, the structural analysis of the crankshaft deflection, the application of the dissect connecting rod and plane thrust bearing and the mechanical efficiency is increased to 92%. On the aspect improving the motor efficiency, we study the AC asynchronous motor hardly, increasing the motor efficiency to 90%. As continuously researching goes on and on, DongBei R600a compressor is also continuously updating, upgrading, and changing, The six generations of compressors: Y, YA, YG, YU, YZ, YT and etc. have developed. Among them, the COP of ,he YT product has achieved 1.90, becoming the most efficient compressor in the world.
