成人护生抑郁发生情况调查及调适

Investigation on the occurrence of depression of adoloscent nursing students

目的探讨成人专升本焦虑发生的相关因素,为护理继续教育提供方向和依据。方法通过抑郁自评量表(SDS),自拟情绪影响相关因素调查表,在学生知情同意原则下,对41名学生进行了调查研究。结果学生的抑郁发生率为38.5%,高于国内常模;学生的护龄、经济状况、所在单位的支持程度是影响抑郁症状发生的主要因素。结论成人专升本学生抑郁的发生与多种因素有关,心理干预及早进行。

Objective To evaluate the factors of the depressed emotion in adolescent nusing students. Method 41 adolescent nursing students were investigated with the help of Self check of depression Symptom （SDS） and correlative factor of emotion questionnaire. Result the happenings of depression of adolescent nursing students is 38. 5%. Conclusion the happening of depression of adolescent nursing students is correlative with many factors and the psychological intervention should be given earlier.
