摘要
本文根据机械产品加速试验的基本理论,在正常应力S_0和三种不同应力S_1、S_2、S_3下对204z_1电机轴承进行加速试验。试验结果表明,除应力S_3外,其它三种应力下轴承的失效机理基本不变。并对在不同的两种应力下,两两组合九组加速试验计算出平均加速系数及其范围。附图10幅,表5个,参考文献6篇。
According to the basic principle of accelarated test for mechanical products, the accelarated test of 204Z_1 type motor bearing, under normal stress so and three kinds of different stresses S_1、S_2 and S_8, is conducted. The result of test shows that, besides stress S_8, the faluire mechanism of bearing ander other three kinds of stresses is not changed basically. The average accelaration factor and it's range of nine groups of accelarated tests combined with two different stresses are also
calculated in this paper.
