通过实验,分析稻谷在干燥过程中温度变化、温变时刻、温变幅度等因素对爆腰增率的影响,并总结规律,为制定合理干燥工艺提供依据。

This paper analyses the effect of the temperature-changed factors to the ratio of rice kernel cracking during the drying process on the base of experiment, and also gives the reasons. In the end, conclude the reasons to supply the principle for design reasonable drying technique.
