养血润肤饮结合静脉封闭治疗老年皮肤瘙痒症

Effect of yang-xue-run-fu-yin combining with vein block on elderly pruritus

目的观察养血润肤饮结合静脉封闭治疗老年皮肤瘙痒症的临床疗效。方法随机将150例患者分为治疗组和对照组各75例,治疗组口服养血润肤饮结合静脉封闭疗法;对照组口服脑益嗪片、维生素C片、静滴复方丹参注射液。结果治疗组总有效率为98.7%,对照组总有效率为86.7%,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论养血润肤饮结合静脉封闭疗法治疗老年皮肤瘙痒症疗效可靠。

Objective To observe the effect of yang-xue-run-fu-yin and vein block therapy in treatment of elderly pruritus. Methods 150 cases were divided randomly into treatment group and control group, in 75 cases. The teatment group was treated with oral yang-xue- run-fu-yin with vein block therapy. The control group was treated with oral cinnarizine ,vitamine C and compund salvia miltiorrhiza intravenously. Results Total effective rate of therapy and control group were 98. 7% .86.7%, respectively. There was significant difference between treatment group and control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions yangxue-run-fu-yin combined with vein block therapy proved to be rapid, safe and highly effective in treatment of elderly pruritus.
