摘要
将酵母菌、芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌等单株菌进行复合培养,分别讨论pH值、温度、盐浓度、抗生素等因素对复合菌株生长特性的影响。结果表明:复合菌株XN-1在36℃、pH值为6.0、NaCl浓度为0.6%时生长良好,并对所用的抗生素都有不同程度的敏感性。
The effects of pH value, temperature, salt concentration and antibiotic concentration of the culture medium on the growth characteristics with multiple strains contained yeast, bacillus and lactobacillus were investigated. Multiple strains XN - 1 could grow well under the conditions of 36℃ , pH6.0, 0.6% NaCl. Synchronously, The multiple strains XN - 1 had different sensitivities with different antibiotics.
