摘要
试验结果表明:重磨削工艺将使沟道表面层 形成残余拉应力,中等磨削和轻磨削形成残余压应力;经过120℃、6h的回火处理后,残余应力均明显降低,但原应力状态保持不变;超精研工艺将形成表面残余压应力,应力层约为0.01~0.02mm。文中还介绍了起精研参数对残余应力大小的影响。附图9幅,表2个。
The testing result shows heavy grinding process causes residual tensile stress in the surface layer of raceway;medium and light grinding processes form residual compressive stress; after temper treat-menst ( 120℃ and 6 hours ) the residual stress is decreased obviosly but the original stress condition keeps constant; superfinishing process makes a surface residual compressive stress with 0.01~0.02mm depth stress layer. The influence of superfinishing parameters to the value of residual stress is also introduced in this paper.
