摘要
目的:探讨腭裂修复术患儿的心理护理。方法:对58例腭裂修复术患儿的心理特征进行观察与分析,实施针对性的心理护理措施。结果:消除、减轻了患儿的心理障碍,效果满意。结论:医疗环境和护理操作是构成患儿恐惧心理的主要原因,护士与患儿建立友好信任关系,实行人性化治疗护理操作,能消除、减轻患儿的恐惧心理。加倍关爱、正确引导,能增强患儿的自信、克服不良习惯。
Objective：Discuss the psychological nursing of children patients with palatorrhathy. Method：By observing and analyzing of the psychological character of 58 childrens with palatorrhaphy, we given different nursing means for differen from character of childern in mind. Result： This method leads to children＇s psychological disorder be eliminated or be lightened,and effect was very good. Conclusion： The circumstance and operation of medical treatment is one of the main causes leading to children for fear of operation, nurses can eliminate or lighten the scared mind of children by establishing friendly and trusty relation with them, practicing humanistic therapy and lending. We can build up children＇s self-confidnce, overcome their ill habits through double cherish, and accurate guiding.
