摘要
目前,对于套圆波纹度的评价方法及相应的测量仪器,国际上存在两种学派,一种是采用测量波高的算术平均值(μm)来评定波纹度大小,另一种是来用振动速度有效植(μm/s)来评定;前者属静态测量法,后者属动态测量法。本文在分析沟道波纹度引起轴承振动的机理的基础上,对从美国和日本引进的波度仪进行了分析,提出我国应研制和发展动态波纹度测量仪的建议。
There are two kinds of school for evaluating the wari-ness of bearing rings and two correspondent kinds of measuring instrument be used in the world:1. Measuring the arithmetic average value of wave height (μm) to evaluate the value of waviness; 2 .Using the effective value of vibration velocity ( μm/s ) to appraise the value of waviness. The first is a static state method and the second belongs to dynamic state measurement. On the basis of anylasis for vibration mechanism caused by raceway waviness, some waviness testers introduced from U.S A and Japan were analysed and a suggestion for developing dynamic state testers was made in this paper .
