摘要
采用5-Br-PADAP光度法测定银锑合金镀液中的微量锑。优选出最佳测量波长。研究了酸度、碘化钾浓度、丙酮和显色剂浓度以及各种干扰离子对测定的影响。锑含量介于0-12μg/10mL范围内遵守比尔定律。方法具有较高的准确度,平均加标回收率为98.9%。
Micro antimony in silver - antimony alloy plating bath was determined by spectrophotometric method using 2 - ( 5 - bromo - 2 - pyridyazo ) - 5 - diethylaminophenol as chromogenic agent, and optimal measuring wavelength was selected . The effects of acidity , concentration of potassium iodide , acetone and chromogenic agent , and various interfering ions were studied . The relationship between absorbance and antimony content followed Beer's law provided that antimony content was among 0 and 12μg / 10 mL. The method has high accuracy with recovery of 98.9 %.
