北海沿海地区电力输配电线路污秽特性试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为掌握沿海地区瓷瓶积污的特点、规律并评估此类地区的污秽状况,对北海沿海输配电线路进行了为期3年的污秽特性试验研究.采用在近海10kV 等级的线路上悬挂不带电瓷瓶进行积污,测量各积污时期的附盐密度,分析污物的化学成份,并对积污瓷瓶进行工频耐压试验。试验研究表明,北海沿海地区瓷瓶积污受海盐、海风及降水量影响较大,其饱和积污期为1a。饱和积污盐密在0.10~0.25mg/cm^2之间,出现在每年的10月份至次年2月份这段时期。此类地区最高污秽等级为Ⅱ级,可据此安排在运电气设备的清扫周期、调整爬电比距以及配置新建、扩建、改建的输变电设备的外绝缘的爬电比距。 In order to illustrate the contamination characteristics,regularity of porce- lain insulators and estimate the contamination conditions in coastal areas,we have test- ed and studied the contamination characteristics on the transmission & distritution lines along the coastal areas in Beihai city,Guangxi,for three years.The interrupted suspen- sion porcelain insulators on the inshore 10 kV class lines are applied to be contaminated for measuring the absorbed salt densities in all sorts of contaminant deposit periods and analyzing the chemical composition of its contaminants.Power frequency withstand voltage tests are also carried out for the contaminated insulators.The results show that the contaminant deposit of the porcelain insulators in coastal areas in Beihai city are in- fluenced greatly by sea salt,sea wind and rainfall.The time of its saturated contami- nant deposit is one year and the saturated contaminant salt density varies between 0.1 and 0.25mg/cm^2 from Oct.each year to Feb.next.The highest contamination class in such areas is class Ⅲ,The operating electric equipments are cleaned and the creepage distance is regulated on schedule according to this situation.The proportional creepage distance of external insulation of the newly built,the extended and the reconstructed transmission equipments are regulated as well.
