摘要
通过考察法国核电的规划、建设、运行状况,并与法国核电专家就中法内陆核电厂址的选择等问题进行了交流与探讨,结合吉林省核电站规划选址的几项重大技术问题,与法国核电进行一下条件类比。认为吉林省在初步选择的位于松花江流域的核电厂址建设内陆核电站是具备条件的。
From investigation on planning, construction and operating conditions of French nuclear power, exchange and discussion on site selection problem etc. of Chinese and French inland nuclear power station (NPS) (combined with several major technical problems in planning and site selection of Jilin Province NPS,condition comparison with French NPS are made. It is considered that the conditions for construction of inland NPS with the preliminarily selected NPS site in Songhuajiang River basin is existent.
