临床护士工作压力源特点与人口学特征的关系 被引量:30

摘要 [目的]探讨山东省护士的工作压力源及其与人口学特征的关系。[方法]对山东省10个地市19所三级、二级医院的872名临床护士进行工作压力源量表问卷调查。[结果]山东省护士最主要的工作压力源是工作量及时间分配方面、护理专业及工作方面;不同年龄、科室、职称、学历对工作压力的影响均有统计学意义。[结论]年龄、职称、科室和文化程度的不同对山东省护士工作压力存在一定的影响,应结合人口学特征与压力特点来缓解临床护士的工作压力。 Objective: To probe into the relationship between the features of working stress sources of clinical nurses and demography characteristics in Shandong province. Method: A total of 872 clinical nurses from 19 hospitals of the third and the second grade of 10 cities of Shandong province were investigated by filling out working stress source scale. Result: The first and foremost work stress source of nurses in Shandong province were problems of time distribution and nursing work load, which was influenced by their age, different department, job title and academic career significantly. Conclusion: It suggested that factors such as age, job title, department and educational background have influenced to a certain degree, working stress of nurses in Shandong Province, which could be relieved according to demography characteristics and stress features.
