早期给予复合营养素对湿热创伤复合应激影响的研究

摘要 [目的]探讨高温高湿创伤复合应激条件下醛固酮和直肠温度的变化规律,为研究提高机体应对应激反应的能力提供实验依据。[方法]将56只大鼠随机分为湿热创伤对照组和给药组,对照组动物以去离子水灌胃1周,给药组给予维生素C、L-精氨酸、维生素E组成的复合营养素灌胃1周,之后造成背部浅Ⅱ度烫伤,置于仿真模拟气候舱(干球温度37.0℃±0.5℃,相对湿度65%±5%)1h^2h,观察每组热应激1h、2h及应激后6h、12h四个时相点的醛固酮及创伤应激前后的直肠温度的变化。[结果]两组血清醛固酮含量变化的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组12h不同时间点直肠温度比较,给药组大鼠各时相点均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]早期肠道营养对于减轻应激、保护器官及预防并发症的发生有重要意义。 Objective: To probe into the regularity of changes of aldosterone (ADL) and rectal temperature under high humid heat compound trauma stress in order to provide experimental basis for research of enhancing resistance to stress response of body. Method: A total of 56 rats were randomly divided into two groups control and medication group. Subjects of control group were given gastric lavage with deionized water for one week. Subjects of medication group (test group) were given gastric lavage with Vitamin C, L- arginine mixed with vitamine E for one week. Animals were burned on back and then was put into simulation climate cabin (dry ball temperature 37.0 ±0.5 ℃, relative humidity 65% ± 5%) for 1 hour-2 hours. Then changes of ADL after heat stress for 1 hour, 2 hours, 6 hours and 12 hours and rectal temperature of before and after trauma stress of all subjects were observed. Result: There was statistical significant difference in terms of ADL changes between rats of the two groups (P〈0.05). In terms of metal temperature changes in each time point within 12 hours, there were remarkably statistical significances between subjects in control group and medication group. Conclusion: Early stage enteral nutrition is more important to reduce stress, to protect organs and to prevent complications from happening.
