摘要
提出了水轮机微机调速器中的人工频率死区控制的新技术。它能有效地保证机组进出死区的稳定性和死区内调节功能的正确性,避免机组出死区时调速器输出跳动,从而大大提高微机调速器的调节性能。
This Paper presents a new control technique of the man-made dead band in the microcomputer governing system for water turbine. It can effectively ensure the stability when the unit come in or out of dead band,and correctness of the regulation function in dead band,and to avoid output jump of the governor when the unit came out of dead band.Thus,the function of microcomputer governor is risen greatly.
