北京军队中老年干部代谢综合征及相关疾病的流行病学调查与分析

Epidemiologic investigation and analysis on metabolic syndrome and related diseases in military middle-aged and senile group in Beijing

[目的]调查北京部分军队中老年干部人群代谢综合征(metabolicsyndrome,MS)及相关疾病的患病率。[方法]于2004年5月—6月对136个住北京部队干休所2 335人进行横断面调查,以中国糖尿病协会的建议诊断标准,对中老年干部人群的MS及相关疾病的患病率进行分析。[结果]北京部分军队中老年干部人群的MS患病率为2 8.7%,肥胖和(或)超重率为40.2%,高血压患病率为56.7%,糖代谢异常49.0%,高三酰甘油血症为38.0%。[结论]北京部分军队中老年干部MS及相关疾病的患病率较高,进一步的流行病学调查和对人群进行干预十分重要。

Objective： To investigate the prevalence of metabolic syndrome （MS） and related diseases of middle- aged and senile group of partial military in Beijing. Methods： A cross- sectional investigation were carried out among totally 2 335 individuals from 136 rest - homes for carders of military in Beijing from May to June of 2004. The prevalence of MS and its related diseases among middle - aged and senile officers was analyzed based on the diagnostic criteria suggested by Chinese Diabetes Association. Results： The prevalence of MS of the whole middle - aged and elderly crowd of partial military in Beijing is 28.7%. The morbidities of obesity and overweight accounted for 40.2 %. The prevalence of hypertension, glucose metabolic disorder and hypertriglyceridemia were 56.7%, 49.0%, and 38.0% respectively. Conclusion： The prevalence of metabolic syndrome and its related diseases is relatively higher among middle - aged and elderly officers crowd in partial military in Beijing. It is very important to do further epidemiological investigation and to provide intervention for particular group people.
