摘要
本文分别采用有限元和近似解析方法对不同结构的转子无铁心式轴向磁场直流永磁盘式电机的磁场进行计算,并以漏磁系数和每极主磁通量为目标函数确定电机的最佳结构尺寸。在此基础上,以电机效率和输出功率为约束进行电机的电磁优化设计,进而设计出无铁心式最薄盘式转子。分析设计方法的实用性和可靠性已由产品抽样试验结果证实。
The magnetic field in permanent-magnet axial-fetid coreless DC motor is computed respectively by finite element method (FEM) and magnetic network method based on an analytical soluton (MNM ). Different methods are compared.3D-FEM is the best one for theoretical study, but MNM is more suitable f.or practice. Focusing on leakage factor and main flux per pole of the motor,the cases for different magment dimensions,different airgap lengths and different configurations are investigated in detail. As the results,the optimal structure and dimensions are achieved at first. Accordingly,the high efficiency motor with the thinnest rotor is designed and the experimental results obtained from several manufactured motors are agreed with the designed ones.
