血清CA125在妇科肿瘤中的应用
摘要
随着分子生物学技术的不断发展，近年来在肿瘤标志物方面的研究相当活跃。在临床已被广泛应用于肿瘤的诊断、评估疗效、监测复发和推测预后。CA125是一种肿瘤相关抗原，正常细胞上少量存在，在癌变过程中CA25含量明显增加。本文就此标志物的生物学特性及其与妇科肿瘤的关系作一综述。
