Official suggestion and supervision system is an important political system in Chinese history. In accordance with the record of ancient books, the system started in ancient time, and after a long time of development, it grew mature in Sui and Tang Dynasties. The following Song Dynasty witnessed its golden age. In that period, due to the up-growing of the scholar-bureaucrat and the formation of political balance, the official suggestion and supervision system developed in an unprecedented way, which strengthened the supervision and restriction on the regality and bureaucracy and promoted the development of incorruptible government of Song Dynasty. This historical practice can be served as an apocalypse in improving the current supervision system,
