摘要
“牛鞭效应”是营销活动中普遍存在的现象,是需求信息扭曲的结果,对整个供应链的运作效率会产生很大影响。本文从供应商管理库存(VMI)策略的运作过程来阐述供应链中“牛鞭效应”的消除。
The bullwhip effect which has resulted from the distortion of demand information exists commonly in the marketing activities. The effect has great influence upon the efficiency of the whole supply chain. The article has expounded how to eliminate the bullwhip effect in the supply chain from the point of the operation's ourse of the VMI strategy.
