摘要
人力资源是第一资源,人力资源部门所面临的一个最大的挑战就是必须用最小的投入来获取最大的价值。人力资源管理外包是我国继传统人事改革后的又一次人力资源管理的创新,它的内容主要包括技术和事务性的工作外包,它的方式有联宜式机构等多种方式,它的实施必将给我国的经济发展注入新的活力。
Human resource is the first resource, and the greatest challenge the human resource department faces is how we can obtain the maximum value with the minimum input. The contract-out of the human resource management is an innovation in our country which includes the contract-out of the technical and business responsibilities with various managing schemes. The enforcement of this scheme will certainly pour new vigor into the development of the economy of our country.
