摘要
针对目前电子商务环境下客户需求的特点,提出了基于电子商务的客户信息分析模块及 其实现方法,有利于指导电子商务企业优化网络站点,调整服务策略,提高经营的效率和效益。
According to the characteristics of the client requirement at the E - commerce environment, the module based on the client information analysis of E - commerce is introduced in this paper as well as its implementation. It is propitious to the E - commerce corporations to optimize their network stations, adjust severing starategies, and advance working efficiency and benefit.
