摘要
针对湛江发电厂Ⅰ期工程300MW锅炉长期存在高温再热器管局部超温、再热器出口两侧汽温偏差大等问题。通过高温再热器的进、出口的冷态流场试验及进口温度分布的测试,分析了再热器管产生超温和气温偏差的原因,并结合再热器管的布置进行了说明。
The No.1 300MW boiler in Zhanjiang Power Plant has had the problems of local overheating of high temperature reheater and large steam temperature deviation at the exit of reheaters for a long time. According to the cold test of flow field at the high temperature reheaters' entrance and exit and the hot test of temperature field at it's entrance, the cause of reheater's overheating and steam temperature deviation is analyzed and an explanation associating with the structure of reheater's tubes is made.
