摘要
湿法烟气脱硫是一个化学反应和传质同时进行的过程,其影响因素众多,如液体浓度、液体流动状况、气体流动状况、液气比、浆液pH值等。提出一种横向冲刷槽型芯湿法脱硫技术,通过试验的方法,研究了影响脱硫效率的诸多因素并进行了分析。
Many factors, such as the concentration of the solution, the flowing status of the solution and gas, the L/Q rate, and the pH value, influence the process of wet FGD. A new FGD technology is put forward. The influencing factors for desulphurization efficiency are studied and analyzed by the experiment.
