黄嘴白鹭卵壳超微结构及组成元素的初步研究 被引量:5

摘要 以黄嘴白鹭(Egretta eulophotes)卵壳为材料,电镜下观察其超微结构,利用能谱分析其元素组成,并与其它鹭类进行比较,结果表明:黄嘴白鹭卵壳的基本结构与其它鹭科鸟类相似,包括壳膜、锥体层、柱状层和表层;但是,黄嘴白鹭卵壳的超微结构和组成元素与其它鹭科鸟类有所不同;黄嘴白鹭卵壳厚度为159.6μm±0.282 8(n=3),薄于池鹭(Ardeolabacchus),白鹭(Egretta garzetta)、牛背鹭(Bubulcus ibis)和夜鹭(Nyctycoraz nyctycoraz);黄嘴白鹭卵壳的主要元素由钙(17.49%±1.621)(n=3)、碳(21.95%±1.712)(n=3)、氧(60.81%±1.601)(n=3)组成;壳膜的主要组成元素包括钙(4.765%±0.261 6)(n=3)、氧(50.50%±0.487 9)(n=3)、碳(38.77%±0.459 6)(n=3)、硫(0.950 0%±0.056 6)(n=3)、镁(0.215%±0.212)(n=3). In this study,the eggshell ultra-structure of the Chinese Egret,Egretta eulophotes, was observed, and its consisting of elements were analysed. Some differences were found in the eggshell ultrastructure and composition of elements between the Chinese Egret and other ardeinae species although their basic eggshell structure similarly composed of 4 layers,cover,column, cone and membrane. The eggshell in Chinese Egret (159.6μm±0. 282 8) (n=3) is thinner than that of Ardeola bacchus,Egretta garzetta, Nyctycoraz nyctycoraz and Bubulcus ibis. The eggshells of the Chinese Egret, removed off membrane layer, consist of Ca (17. 49% ± 1. 621) (n=3) ,C (21.95%±1. 712) (n--3),O (60.81%±1. 601) (n=3). Membrane layers of the eggshell are all composed by the elements of Ca (4. 765±0. 261 6) (n=3),O (50. 50±0. 487 9) (n=3),C (38. 77±0. 459 6) (n=3),S (0,950 0%±0.056 6) (n=3),Mg (0.215%±0.212) (n=3).
