摘要
介绍了直接驱动式电液位置系统的组成原理.在考虑泵的压力脉动的情况下建立了交流伺服电机驱动液压系统的数学模型,并对系统进行了开环和闭环频率特性分析,讨论了系统控制器增益参数KP的选取.最后通过仿真研究了泵的脉动及泄漏特性对系统的影响.
The composition principle of a direct driving electro - hydraulic position system is introduced. A mathematical model of the AC servo machinery driving the hydraulic system is built under the press ripple of bump, open - loop and close - loop characteristics of the system are analyzed, and the parameter of the systematic controller gain, K ,is discussed. Finally, the effort of press ripple and leakage on the system is studied through simulation.
