小孔节流静压气体球轴承的结构参数设计 被引量:15

摘要 采用工程计算方法研究了按静刚度最大准则设计小孔节流静压气体球轴承几何参数的基本过程,详细讨论了球轴承的几何参数变化对轴承承载力特性、静刚度特性及流量特性的影响.给出了三个主要几何参数即球窝外包角、供气孔直径和供气孔数的合理取值范围. Design process of configuration parameters of externally pressurized spherical gas bearing. Influence orifice compensation was studied by means of engineering calculation theory of spherical gas bearing' s static characteristics were discussed particularly due to change of configuration parameters of the bearing. The reasonable value of configuration parameters including exterior angle of socket, orifice diameter and number of supply hole were confirmed.
