无心磨削时主轴端跳及其影响

摘要 通过分析计算得出:固定支承无心磨削时,当无进给时间达到使工件相对打滑一周后,其主轴端跳对磨削工件的侧摆及垂直度均无影响,且沟道位置始终不变,而径向精度主要依靠上工序及支承角度的调整来保证。合理的无进给时间可以试验得出:在工件端面做一记号,反复启停观察,当打滑一周时记下的时间便是无进给时间。 After calulation and analysis,it shows: spindle's face runout is no influence to the face runout with raceway and the variation of outside surface generatrix inclination with face, and the position of raceway is keeped fixed all along, when the spark out time is enough to make work piece to slide over a revo lution. The radial accuracy is guaranteed by last procedure and adjustment of support angle. The reasonable spark out time can be obtained by means of experiment as follows: making a mark on the end face of work piece at first, then turning the motor on and off repeatedly and observing it, the time that the work piece sliding a revolution will be the reasonable spark out time.
