摘要
转炉本体主要由托圈、炉壳、耳轴支座及倾动装置等主要部件组成，由于各部件体积庞大，质量较重，结构复杂，按照传统转炉安装方法，不但施工难度较大，而且工期难以保证。本文介绍的“专用台车和千斤顶顶升法”，具有安装工艺简单、安全可靠、工期短、效益高等特点。
The converter body is mainly composed of the main parts of cradle, furnace shell, trunnion bed andtilting machinery. Because of each parts being huge cubic volume, relative heavy weight, sophsieated structure, for adopting conventional converter installation methods, not only is more difficult construction but also possi- ble delayed construction time. The ＂special pallet car and hoisting jack elevating installation method＂ described in this paper is with the characteristics of simple installation process, safety and reliability, short construction time and high efficiency.
