镍铬钼冷硬球墨复合铸铁轧辊中Si、P、Mn、Cr、Mo、Ni、Mg的联合分析

用硝硫混合酸统一处理方法制备试液，用同一母液分别以光度法分析Si、P、Mn、Cr、Mo、Ni、Mg等元素的含量。通过控制分析的酸度，各元素线性良好，分析的结果误差完全在国标误差范围内。该方法可缩短分析周期，精密度、准确度高，方法是可行的。

The test solution is prepared with integrated treatment using mixture of nitric acid and sulfuric acid. The contents of the elements of Si, P, Mn, Cr, Mo, Ni, Mg are determined respectively by spectrometry using the same original mother solution. Through adjusting the acidity, good element linear performances are ob- tained with the analysis errors completely conforming to the national standard. This approach can shorten analysis cycle time and be with high precision and accuracy, which is concluded to be practicable.
