摘要
家禽拔毛蜡主要用于禽类宰杀脱去羽毛后拔除细小绒毛。研究了拔毛蜡的配方、生产工艺、产品性能（熔点、粘度、韧性、附着力、抗张强度等）和测试方法以及毒物含量评价和毒理学试验。新开发的拔毛蜡使用温度８５℃，拔毛率在８４％以上，且无毒、无污染。
The research and development works of a special wax for plucking plumelet of poultry were carried on both pilot and commercial scales, which include formulation selection, manufacturing process, method for performance test and product standards as well as toxicity evaluation and toxicology test. The melting point, viscosity, ductility, adhension, anti-tension strength and condensing condition,etc. of the product were systematically studied. This plucking wax is a wax-type formulation, it possesses the features of non-toxic, no pollution, low cost and wide range in application, etc. The applying temperature is 85℃ and the plucking percentage can be over 84, which is superior to the existing ones.
