摘要
从应用的角度,对Krishnamuthy和Taylor的速率模型进行了改进,给出了一种新的多元精馏塔非平衡级仿真模型。通过引入分离效率函数,巧妙地将模型方程化简为三对角矩阵形式,采用分割法选代求解,并用有界Wegstein法加速收敛,具有对初值要求不高,计算量小,收敛稳定等优点。该模型既保持了原速率模型的特点,结构简单,又易于求解,适用于精馏塔的工艺设计和操作分析。
A new nonequilibrium stage simulation model was developed for multicomponent distillation columns on the basis of updating the rate-based model advanced by Krishnamnthy and Taylor.The model equations are torn into tridiagonal matrices by introducing separation efficiency function. A new tearing method is used to solve the model equations and the limited Westein method is adopted to expedite the convergence. Keeping the rate-based model's merits, its loose requirement of initial value, reliable stability of convergence as well as its simple structure and easy solution-seeking are suitable for design and analysis of distillation columns.
