摘要
东黄复线SCADA系统是为实现密闭输油管道自动化而引进的工业控制系统,以探讨和评价这一系统的可用性为基本目的,从SCADA系统几年来的运行状态入手,利用对比、统计和计算的方法对系统的功能和可靠性进行探讨和分析。系统的功能和可靠性是评价计算机控制系统两个重要的技术指标,功能表明了系统对生产过程的控制作用能力;可靠性表明了系统功能的实施程度。分析表明东黄复线SCADA系统按设计实现了全线工艺、设备运行状态的集中监控和数据采集,功能设计合理,可靠性较高,可为国内其它管道实现自动化所借鉴。
The SCADA system in the Looped Dong-Huang Pipeline is the industrial control system imported for realizing automatic tight - line transportation, and it has been in operation since its commissionning in 19.91. For the purpose of evaluating its availability, the SCADA system is discussed and analized in relation with its functions and reliability based on a series of conparison, statistics and calculations. As one of the technical indexes for eveluating computer based control system, functions reflect the controllability over production process, while reliability shows the execution of its funtions. It is confirmed by analysis that the said SCADA system has realized centrol supervisory control and data acquisition, and it is feasible in design, and has a high reliability, and can be regarded as an exemple for other applications.
