摘要
面对严峻的国际竞争环境,建立高素质的技术工人队伍是关系企业命运的战略性任务。因此,如何培养、激励进而留住技工人是摆在我们面前越来越紧迫的课题。本文通过对我国技能人才发展现状的剖析和技能人才激励因素系统分析,构建了基于技能人才需求偏好的激励机制,并提出强化激励机制促进我国高技能人才快速成长的对策。
In the face of the severe international competitive environment, it is a strategic task that concerns enterprises' destiny to set up high--quality skilled worker team. How to train, encourage and retain skilled workers is a more and more urgent subject in front of us. Through the analysis of the development status quo of skilled talents of our country and the systematic analysis of the incentive factors for skilled talents, this paper sets up an incentive mechanism which is based on skilled talents' demand partiality and puts forward countermeasures to strengthen incentive mechanism and promote the rapid growth of skilled talents in our country.
