乳增康对大鼠乳腺增生病理组织模型的影响

Influence of Ruzengkang on pathohistological model of mazoplasia in rats

目的探讨中药复方乳增康对乳腺增生大鼠模型乳腺组织病理形态学影响,以此做为该复方防治乳腺增生病的病理学基础。方法肌肉注射苯甲酸雌二醇造模,同时各组均以灌胃方法给药,每日1次,30d后对乳腺进行病理组织学检查,并取血分离血清,行放射免疫法(RIA)测量性激素水平。结果高剂量组与低剂量组、对照组与模型组比较,腺泡数量、导管分支以及腔内分泌物明显减少,腺泡、导管管腔变小,其中高剂量组较低剂量组和对照组变化更为明显。结论中药复方乳增康能抑制乳腺增生,明显改善乳腺增生大鼠模型乳腺组织的增生状态。

Objective To investigate the influence of Ruzengkang Compound Formula （RCF） on the pathomorphism of mammary tissue in the rat model of mazoplasia, and make RCF as a pathological foundation for preventing and treating cyclomastopathy. Methods The model was established by intromuscle injection of benzestrofol and then divided into groups. RCF was given to different groups orally once a day. After 30 days the pathohistological examine was made and blood sample was taken to separate the serum. The level of serum sex hormones in rats was detected by radiaimmunity assay （RIA）. Results The acinar number, secretion in catheter branches and caves decreased obviously, and acinar and catheter cave changed smaller in the high-dose group compared to that of the low - dose group, the control group and the model group. The changes in the high-dose group were more significant than that in the low-dose group and the control group. Conclusion RCF can inhibit mazoplasia and change the state of mazoplasia in the rat model of cyclomastopathy.
